Today, you’ll still find Tracy Jewelers in the heart of Spokane Valley. The new building and jewelry works is located on Evergreen near Sprague, just south of the I-90 Evergreen exit. Tracy Jewelers guarantees the quality and integrity of their product and will replace/repair any defective merchandise immediately. They guarantee their diamond grading to be equal to or better than the grade given by any recognizable independent grading lab, including GIA, AGS and any AGS Certified Gemologist Appraiser. They also guarantee the value of their loose diamonds for life.

If at any time you’d choose to trade in your Tracy’s diamond, full credit for the stone is allowed to the upgraded purchase of a more valuable diamond. Tracy Jewelers gladly offers a 30-day money back guarantee on any unaltered Tracy Jewelers in-stock merchandise returned in its original, non-worn condition.

Refunds are made in same manner as original payment, so personal check refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Tracy Jewelers guarantees against manufactures' defects for up to one year from date of purchase. Any repair work is guaranteed for one year, excluding normal wear or accidents. Special orders and modified items are non-returnable.

Insurance Assistance

In case of theft, loss or damage, Tracy Jewelers will happily provide you with an appraisal and assist you in promptly filing it with your insurance company. Your insurance policy is meant to cover inadvertent chipping or damage, as well as loss or theft of the stone. Of course, they guarantee their workmanship, but accidents happen to the best of us, and they cannot cover these incidents.
